Sending a product for inspection and repair
You will be in charge of the shipping expenses for sending the product to us and getting the product back from us (€16.95 Paypal pre-paid for RO Post shipping service). A shipping service with a tracking number must be used both ways.
If the product under warranty is non-functional due to improper usage, accidental electrical or physical damages, a repairing cost will be communicated and charged.
Products no longer covered by the warranty are subject to a €39.00 inspection & repair flat-rate fee (Paypal pre-paid).
We require the serial number of the product, the place, and date of purchase, your name, and an address for returning the repaired product (phone number also required by the shipping service).
An RMA form must be present in the package along with the product when sent to us from outside the European Union. Such packages must be declared with ZERO value on the customs declaration form. We will not pick up packages if the customs value is other than ZERO.
Sending a product in without first opening a Warranty Ticket or initially contacting us for proper assessment results in losing the warranty.
