We upgraded our Warranty policy to a 3-Year period and made it transferable to the consequent buyers. You can buy our products new or in the second-hand market with confidence. We believe in our products and you should be confident that we stay behind them.

After years of assembling/manufacturing on our own micro lab, we encountered an extremely minor rate of failures in our products. We expected this to happen because of our built-to-last strategy. We always use the best parts that we can source for our builds to provide highly competitive and strong-featured products for the years to come. We use quality components and high benchmarks for electrical and mechanical designs, constantly perfecting the assembly methods. This translates into product’ lifetime longevity under normal usage conditions. Hand-building the products is labor-intensive but it is the only way we can securely assemble a high-quality product. This may sometime introduce minor cosmetic imperfections, but we have the most qualified eyes kept on the product at every step in the fabrication process.

We respect and value our customers and we want to build a durable and trustworthy relationship. We appreciate feedback and suggestions for improvements and we always respond to queries with friendliness, timely, and with proper solutions. We like to think that our users are part of our family.
